Hi,
This email is to inquire about the status of my orders as it has been reflecting "Before Shipping" for over a week now. I had placed the order on 26th of Nov and have opted for express delivery as it was mentioned the delivery time would take between 3-5 days. Its been a week now and I have yet not received my order.
Could you let me know the reason for the delay ?

Thank you for your confirmation regarding tax matter.
We will process shipment and please allow processing time of 2-3 days prior to shipping.
We are not expected to know the fees imposed on their buyer to clear customs.
If fee is imposed to clear customs, it depends on tariff policy of state/government.
Customs policies and rates vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for more information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, customs office or carrier will contact you to collect any required documents or tax.

Hi Bella,
I am writing in regards to the same order. Our last correspondence on the 6th of December indicated that my order would be shipped after 2-3 days. However, it has been almost a week and my order is still listed as "before shipping". Could you please let me know when my order will finish processing and will be shipped? |
