I would like to exchange my Blue Velvet Jacket from an XL to a 2XL.
I have exchanged it once, but need to do it one more time.

I am so sorry to inform you that the size we've sent you for exchange is already the largest size we offer for item SHJ01-BLUE (Blazer).
You won't be able to have it exchanged again for another size. So sorry for that.
Additionally, the replacement was delivered to you way back October that was months ago. We cannot exchange your item anymore.
