Given that height and weight, I think the MEDIUM (US SMALL) size
of the item will fit you as it covers a person that is 5'7 in height and weighs 135 lbs.
What do you think so? Just please check the size chart of the item too for assurance :)
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular).
It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is our general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
For further size reference, it will be better if you can check the size chart of each items.
In there, you will have further details about the measurement of chest, shoulder, sleeve, and total length of the item in each sizes.
Please be guided that measurements are done in cross-section (measuring across from one side to the other/ not the circumference)
