Given your height and weight, you fall in 2 sizes.
Your height falls in the US XL size of the item while your weight falls in the US Small size.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular).
It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is our general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
Since you are TALL and SLIM, it will be better if you will check the size measurements of the item in each size.
In there, you will have further details about the measurement of chest, shoulder, sleeve, and total length of the item in each sizes.
Please be guided that measurements are done in cross-section (measuring across from one side to the other/ not the circumference)
