Still haven't received but credit card was charged back in December 2014. |

Hello,
I'm trying to find out when I can expect the item I ordered (order #20141231060713217GC)in December 2014. My credit card was charged and it says it's shipping. I do not have a tracking number to trace it and have not been notified of a backorder.
Please let me know when to expect this item or if I will receive a refund. My son loves your clothes but I don't think I feel comfortable ordering from here again.

I would like to inform you that we shipped your order out last JAN 05 after our 2~3 days handling time for orders that exclude Saturday and Sunday.
The package was sent through REGULAR AIRMAIL with tracking number: RR932002775KR
You will be able to check/see these order/package's details if you will check your order status in our website and click your order number that is already with "ON-SHIPPING" status.
Delivery through Standard Mail usually takes 7~20 business/working days but sometimes to a maximum of 40 working days depending upon extra factors like weather, location, etc.
You may check your package's delivery status at "http://www.track-trace.com/post".
Please be guided that the website cannot provide you an exact delivery status report unlike expedited shipping ways which is the limitation of a regular airmail.
If ever you found out that your package already arrived in your country, you may proceed tracking the package at USPS website (www.usps.com) for further tracking details.
Based on the tracking result of your package, It isn't imported yet in your country.
It is still on its way to your country.
I hope you could still wait for the package patiently. We do not have to worry as long as the package is still within the normal delivery time of packages sent through Standard.
