I do not know why my order does not deliver and Fedex asked to pay extra charge before they can deliver my order, can please explain before they return my order

Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we were not able to supply an estimated cost.
Moreover, Taxes are imposed by your local government and it is a matter that we cannot control..
Your local government's customs will decide on whether they will impose tax or not to the packages delivered abroad.
