Order number ('20150211112455202MC') i would like that order canceled and the points and coupon return so that i may use them, I purchased those item in another transaction without using the points and coupon. The its is saying that they are used but its just sitting in the pending payment. As I stated the item have been purchased in a different transaction without the use of the points and coupon

As requested, I've cancelled the Pending order 20150211112455202MC.
The Points you've used in placing the aforementioned order will be returned automatically
in your account's Total of Points so that you will be able to use it again.
However, as for the coupon that was used in that order, we will have to send it to you again since it won't be returned automatically unlike the Points.
The said coupon will be sent to your account again next week (Monday) after our long holiday that started yesterday (FEB 18) and will end until 22nd of the same month.
