Dear Customer Service
My order # 20150207002935686MC was shipped short two items that were out of stock. I have been in communication with you trying to substitute other items for the out of stock items but I could not match the amount so the last correspondece you said you would issue me a credit and I could make a separate purchase.
It has been over 30 days since our last communication and I still have not received my refund.
Please advise when I should be receiving the refund.
