There is an issue with my order and I need you guys to help me out. I am sending back the three pairs of pants because they are too small .Would like them in (XL) extra large and the cardigan hoodie is too large I would like it to be a small, I dont see any small sizes on your size but i was wondering can you amend a large one for me in a small size.
I need these items of clothing as soon as possible so what I suggest i light of our continued business can you send me what I requested as I will send back the items today via DHL so as you can get it quickly. I need the items of clothing for a book launch and promotion with is coming up at the soon. Check out my book www.kervindesir.com. of course in the event that the items doesnt reach you can then charge the items you sent to my credit card.
Please i need a response on this as soon as possible because I really feel comfortable in the clothes you sell and I would really like them to arrive before the launch.

We are very sorry to hear that the 3 Pants did not fit.
In this case, we are very much willing to accept the 3 small Pants for size exchange.
However, I am so sorry if we will not be able to resend the exchange you want unless the 3 items were returned back to us already.
We can only process your request just after we receive the returned items.
Now, if ever you would really want to receive the 3 Pants in the XL size the soonest,
it will be better if you will re-order the 3 items instead and just return the 3 Pants back to us for Refund.
In this case, we are very much willing to process a Refund for the 3 items after we receive the returned items in our return address.
In that way, you will also receive the 3 Pants in the size you want the soonest.
