Hi,
I'm finding it difficult to select the right size of this item.
I wear Waist 30 (American Jeans).

In regards with the pants, we usually recommend the size based on the waist measurement of the buyer.
So for example you are size 30, we will advise you get the same size. So for the item TLP12, the US W30 of it is the Medium size.
However, we would like to prevent you from encountering problems in the fitting of the item so it will be better if you will check the size chart of the item too for further reference especially the LENGTH and other specific measurements.
