Thank you for the message.
I am sorry for the inconvenience it made but, I would like to inform you that you are not charged of the 2 placed orders under your TheLees account/ name.
So a refund is unnecessary to be processed.
The message you received is only a confirmation that an order was successfully placed.
It doesn't entirely say that the order was paid successfully.
It is an email automatically sent by our system to all of the buyers that placed an order in our shop.
Actually, I am not really sure how the order was placed without your consent or awareness.
We are wondering if there is someone you know that knows your account or so. Because, we cannot do that in our part as orders were being placed manually by our buyers/ individuals.
On the other hand, I already cancelled your 2 Pending orders so you do not have to worry about it.
