I placed an order as a gift. The size suggested for the 4BH-BLACK was not correct and I was not to happy with the quality of this particular item. We did really like the LCJ8-CHARCOALGRAY! Fit great and was wonderful quality.
I would like to exchange the 4BH-Black for something else, what is the process for doing this?

If you want to return the item for an item exchange, I will accept it, please don’t worry.
Please be guided that I cannot shoulder the return shipping fee, so please choose the cheapest shipping way. I'm afraid that I don't offer a return label or RMA.
Kindly send the item through USPS, and please do not pay for any tracking number because you don’t have to spend any expenses when sending item through it.
It won’t matter how long it may take and you can just use the package and label as I sent you.
Please include a paper note of your order #/ return reason/ and your request.
After sending back the item, please never forget to show me a copy of the receipt by attaching a picture of it here in this message.
You may send it on your next message as attachment so I can check it. After checking it, I will process the item in exchange. I will shoulder the shipping fee of the item for replacement. Hope that will make you happy.

I apologize that I did not get back to you sooner. My uncle was diagnosed with terminal
cancer and it was a very trying month leading up to his death. I was planning to go to the post office but wanted to make sure it is still ok to exchange the sweater?
